That wouldn’t be fair to any council members that didn’t vote for the policy. It would be better to arrest and jail those directly involved in not following federal and state laws (right up to the chief of the police). Make sure the charges are filed in a State court outside of the Dallas arera.

If these city council refused to follow the CONSTITUTION LAWS. They are then guilty of TREASONOUS! It plain and simple stated in those ARTICLES of the constitution laws. You hold a government seat you are RESPONSIBLE TO KEEP THE CONSTITUTION LAWS AND PROTECT THE CITY AND STATE! If you REFUSED THEN YOU ARE GUILTY OF TREASONOUS AND SEDITION. Officials should be doing the job they were elected to do; protect and support AMERICAN CITIZENS who elected them, not illegals. Officials are PAID Government EMPLOYEES elected by AMERICAN citizens and therefore are bound to enforce our laws at all levels. Officials are no different than the illegals breaking the law. Officials should be arrested for obstruction/breaking federal law. They have been saying for years, “no one is above the law”. Whether one likes it or not, it goes both ways. So, I say, arrest them. A stint in jail might make them think about NOT breaking the our federal law; or removal from office forever. Stop wasting our tax money and resources on illegals. DO YOUR JOB!! Perhaps the cost ($$$) to support these illegals should come from their personal income.

What is it with these big cities? Dallas used to be conservative and so was Houston.
