I think the demoncrats should go reread the constitution. It was written for AMERICAN citizens, not illegal aliens. I also believe if you violate the laws of this country you have no rights either. You made that choice and you gave up your rights in doing so.Of course that means PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, which no one wants to hear.
Who decides whether an accused person is actually a gang member or is here illegally and before deporting him, shouldn’t the accused at least be giving a hearing where he can tell his side. This is called due process and is guaranteed to everyone deported by Trump. Even the Trump administration admitted that at least one innocent person without benefit of attorney or hearing was arrested, deported, and sent to a hell hole prison. This is a a mockery of justice.
