Secretary Rubio is correct about the enforcement of laws. There are roads I have been on in the past 10 years that we were absolutely THE ONLY VEHICLE doing the speed limit. I bet if we had enforcement on the roads again we could take quite a bite out of the national debt! Where are those that are supposed to be doing the speed enforcement these days?
