Of course equality on employment must be based on merits and not by race or color of someone’s skin…Hiring base on race is discriminatory…Why in the first place you submit your resume when applying for a job if hiring is based on race and not on work experience and other requirements needed for the job..? If I may add, any worker must not be forced nor required to become a union member in the workplace…I had a bad experience with the union…A good company and good employees do not need union to accomplish the mission of the company…In my opinion there are more cons than pros with union in the workplace.
You said it well! But why would a company need federal funds if they are going to discrimination against white people? You right about the UNION crap! All that is these union boss getting pay to help the company from having to fund anyone RETIRED PACKAGE! So they wants employees paying into their own retired packages! When if people know how to read the fine print. They would see there a catch in the job! And Union only help those who should got fired from the job!
