If I am correct on this there are laws that would apply to your thoughts. If you were involved in a shooting but you were not the actual shooter you would be arrested as an accomplice to the crime. It hard for me to believe these type of things are going on. After fighting a war for our country. It’s reading stories like this that makes me want to arm myself and if I see them happening.
