This is the very wrong application of the “long-arm of the law” doctrine. One state encroaching upon the laws, rules, and regulations of another state is illegal and unconstitutional. Surely no sovereign state will take that lying down. And if the federal government will enforce such illegal law, clearly it serves one purpose only: chaos-and-agitation. What happens afterwards, only God knows. A class action suit may be the peaceful way to avoid a drastic reaction from the innocents.
This “LAW” will not fly as it is in reality no law read the way real laws are carried out !

Breaching ones oath of office is a federal crime under Title 5 Section 7311 & 1333 the penalty is in Title 18 USC. OR google “Breach of oath of office” !
