I totally agree w you. More than that: 1/ these two “above the law” men must give back to Congress (and tax payers) their wrongfully earn salaries; 2/ and must go to a trial for their intentional violation of the Constitution!
This case is not only a fraud but it has been unequal justice in the case of President Trump. Why is it that Investigator Hur could exonerate Biden when he committed the same crime, with many more secret documents at his locations, and out in the open? And only to say that he shouldn’t stand trial because he is old and feeble. That is not ample excuse. No one is above the law and that includes Joe Biden! If you are going to dismiss his charge then it is only right that President Trump’s false charge should be dismissed as well! Democrats talk about democracy. Well there is no democracy in this situation with Biden and Trump.
Not only did Biden have documents at his residence, he was never President when they were obtained. This started when he was senator, VP and a civilian before he was ever a President. Immunity doesn’t apply and he should be prosecuted. Anyone want to hold their breath to see if justice applies to the left? My guess is NOT. 2-tier justice system once again.
It has already been noted that the indictment itself actually involved no crimes. Not one count of that huge indictment list was an actual crime regardless of what Jack Smith claimed. You cannot invent crimes, especially felonies, except through Congressional action, which Smith lacked.
It goes much deeper than Garland and Smith, they were just the tools to go after Trump and weren’t smart enough to figure how to do it. But think about the raid on Mara-Lago, and what are the FBI covering up? Trump has promised to open up the JFK files; files the FBI do not want open; WHY? Me thinks the ‘Deep State’ is about to get exposed, and everyone in that ‘swamp’ has the smell of death around them!!
Now we have an attempted assignation on Trump. Humm no one is saying it out loud but I’m sure a lot are thinking it and it’s the swamps fault for all they have tried to do to stop Trump. Do you want to live in a country like that?
Both Garland and Smith are politicized Criminals and both should be jailed.
This case, and the New York Case (which were both coordinated by Jack Smith) are examples of Democratic Lawfare against any constitutional conservative. The fifth estate of Washington consists of “Embedded Agency Leadership” that has no stomach with the democratic process. And they fight it tooth and nail.
