I watched my Dad live with and for from dementia and J.B. is showing all the signs of mental decline pretty far into it as well. My Dad passed in his sleep 6/9/2020 the falling,shuffling along, blank states freezing in place all late stages of Alzheimer’s disease. I hope that he will get the help he needs and not keep pushing him to perform task that he no longer understands So who is running the country because he can’t possibly be making those decisions on his own.My Dad couldn’t legally sign anything even involving his own care. I have lived the nightmare that this disease shows family’s living with a loved one dying slowly for years. Never knowing if they will even know who you are when you visit with them. We worked it out that one of his children were there daily but not everyone can do that. We were lucky enough that he always knew us.I video chatted with him one week before he passed to wish him happy father’s day.It is a long slow death and my prayers go out to everyone else dealing with dementia. It’s hard on everyone.
