Neither Noose’em or Hoggs are both to be trusted. They’re both so far to the Left that we may as well consider them to be Communists. And in California, the state government has set so many voting & election rules in place that block Republican representation, it’s virtually impossible to change anything.
Only when people who vote for state legislators are completely broken, will the state recover any resemblance of a free market capitalist society. I guess they’re just not quite broken enough yet.
