Closing agencies like the Dept of Educ. and remaking more than just the top leadership will send important signals to many gov’t employees. Heck, just requiring federal employees to actually report to work at the office would also send important signals to the massive deep state scum.

You cut the head of the snake first, throw out those at the top and then take the whole department to another state, employ new people and form a new team. I had done it before in business, We were losing money with leaks of plans to the opposition, so got rid of the crooks, and move business
