Start by following the Constitution, term limits should be followed so a term in office is limited to just the two years in the House and just six years in the Senate the only life long term is in the Supreme Court.They limited the number of times a President can serve, the Constitution states how long a Congressional office is to serve, follow the laws as written until changed by a Constitutional Amendment!
