Hard to answer that question. The fact is they are not the deal people think they are. Once they find out the cost of home charging and the fire potential it really becomes a down side.
Do you want a hot,fast car? Buy an EV and it will eventually get VERY HOT when the lithium de-stablizes on a very hot day,and the fast part is you running to call the Fire Department,
My comment is this! You couldn’t pay me enough to use one ,let alone Buy ONE ! Fire who knows when, probably when you stop for an HOUR to charge the thing !! Can’t go as far in winter because ,the heat is on !!!Blar, Blar, Blar!!!
