I stopped drinking coke and pepsi about 3 years ago and didn’t change any other thing in my diet. I went from 275 pounds down to 233 pounds within 5 months and didn’t even notice it. What ever fat pills they put in Soda is making and keeping American’s fat, increasing health problems, decreasing our ability to get around and do things, and shortens life spans. Either the Soda industry needs to change its formula of Americans will still suffer from Dunlap desease. (Dunlap Desease = Your gut dunlaps over your belt.

I haven’t had a Soda in a very long time, and the ONLY one I will drink if I do is a Root beer, and that might be one every 6 months to a year and usually don’t drink it all. To me what is Disgusting is being in a store seeing some very LARGE woman pushing a cart filled with Cases of Soda, chips cookies and misc other JUNK food then going up to the checkout with her SNAP card, not one thing in that cart that’s good for you, Why isn’t she working? Oh because she’s to FAT to get a JOB so we pay her way to stay FAT and stay on Welfare.
If the Citizenry is providing the money to feed someone, they ought to be providing the most nutritious foods possible. You can only do that by restricting what can be bought to what is actually nutritious.
