Despicable is how I would describe the misuse of taxpayer dollars. These politicians and bureaucrats should be forced to reimburse the public purse for these abuses.
NAUZIATING, dispicable,and should be stopped yesterday!, meaning way overdue. Every politician guilty for approving wasteful tax spending should be removed from office and face criminal charges. The people who participated in these projects should have money taken out of their paychecks to cover the projects if they thought they were such good projects,
